Packing & shipping options

Packing, shipping and handling costs are the buyer’s responsibility. In-house shipping is available for small items; larger or specialist pieces require separate arrangements. For in-house shipping, signature service and insurance are additional options—please request them when arranging your shipment.

LiveAuctioneers shipping quotes include pickup, packing, transport and insurance. Final fees may change with the sale price and are shown on your invoice. You may accept that service or arrange an alternative.

Authorize your shipper & arrange pickup

Email us with your invoice number, lot numbers and the name of the shipping company you authorize to collect your purchase. Items are released only after this authorization is received. Shippers must schedule collection and provide a paid-in-full invoice.

Collection timing & storage

Arrange for your items to be shipped within two (2) weeks of payment. Items remaining in LUXUR’s custody after that period incur storage fees of at least $50, payable before collection. Items still uncollected sixty (60) calendar days after the invoice payment date are considered abandoned and may be resold or disposed of without a refund.
